Oyo Oasis Motel Las Vegas I-15

Booked a room with a balcony. The setting of hotel was particularly good, to where most of the casinos are. Dessert restaurant Luv-it Frozen Custard was located 5 minutes walk away.

Almost perfect.

Cheap rooms. Favourable and excellent location so close to Las Vegas, quick check-in.

Beds were very stiff.

Needs Serious Updates

I spent one night in a smoking room and was disappointed by the outdated decor and cleanliness. The staff were friendly, but the lack of maintenance and safety made me uneasy.

Location was decent, but the place felt unsafe and smelled terrible at night.

Nothing in this place resembles what was shown in the pictures. The room was in disrepair, with a door that looked like it had been shot at and was painted over. The area felt unsafe at night, with many homeless individuals around. The only redeeming factor was the proximity to the strip, but that didn't compensate for the overwhelming sense of danger and filth.

Just a nice choice for a stopover in Las Vegas with fantastic value for money. The staff was helpful and even moved me to a room with better WiFi signal. Be prepared for basic room conditions and limited TV channels.

The bed was clean and super comfy, but the bathroom had serious cleanliness issues. Also found cockroaches. 🪳 Never staying here again!

Concerning cleanliness with an unfortunate location

I stayed here for 2 nights in a Queen Room, and honestly, it was a disappointment. The location was close to the Strip, but the overall cleanliness was shocking, with visible signs of neglect throughout the room.

I appreciated the clean bed and overall comfort of the room. The access to nearby restaurants was also convenient, especially for a quick bite after a long day exploring Las Vegas.

The location offers decent access between major points of interest. The parking area is secure and conveniently located in a courtyard setup.

The overall maintenance of the facilities leaves much to be desired. Rooms appear outdated, with old decor and cleanliness issues, including visible stains and pests. Water pressure is weak, and the shower often lacks hot water. The lack of basic amenities like blankets and proper room supplies was frustrating. Expect little in terms of entertainment options, with only a few TV channels available.

The hotel is well-located between the strip and downtown, with plenty of nearby restaurants. While the rooms are a bit outdated and basic, the staff's willingness to help, including relocating me for better WiFi, made my experience overall agreeable. Just be prepared for limited TV channels.

The location is convenient for travelers. The mattress offered decent support and helped me sleep well. I appreciated the fast check-in process.

Unfortunately, this motel resembles a ruined house more than acceptable accommodation.

Comfortable rooms that are spacious enough for a good stay 🛏️ and the location is on point. the price tag is set at a cool US$ 95.
